From the inital enquiry they walked us through the obstacle course of legalities on a one-2-one basis, advising and informing us of various procedures at each stage. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the assistance of the English speaking office staff eased any worries we may have had. The choice of plot positions where all desirable but I think we made the right choice with their help. The acutal build quality of our particular property is fantastic and a credit to the tradesmen used by Vinieries. The end result is even better than we anticipated . We are overjoyed with Villa Helios!"
