"We first came to Kefalonia on holiday in May 2006. We love the food and the traditional way of Greek life. We returned in the following October and stayed in a villa built by Vinieris Real Estate. It was always our dream to have a holiday home abroad in the sun for retirement. Our decision was then made to build our dream holiday home on this beautiful island.
We approached Paul in Vinieris Real Estate and found a property off-plan in Pessada. It gives us a sense of tranquility and serenity. With the help and advice we were able to modify the initial design to suit our needs. The construction work started in May 2007. Throughout the whole process, we were fully informed of all progress by e-mail and telephone calls. It is a pleasure to know Paul who continually communicates with us and gives essential feedback as to the progress of the work. Any issues were immediately put right in a highly competent manner. They bring a wide range of experience and contacts to solve any problems. The whole process was relatively stressed free as Paul project managed everything for us.
Villa Galini was completed in March 2008. We have been exceedingly delighted with all the finishes in the villa. We would not hesitate to recommend the services of this company to anyone wishing to build a dream home on this beautiful island.
