This beautiful newly built villa was completed in May 2008 and enjoys excellent views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
The villa is set in landscaped grounds with a private pool and comprises a large open-plan fitted kitchen, living room and dining with open fireplace at the ground floor with two large patio doors leading out to a covered veranda and pool, and make the most of the sea views. There is also a WC and small utility room on the ground floor, along with a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. The bedroom also has patio doors leading out to the veranda.
Marble stairs lead to the first floor which comprises of two large double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and patio doors leading to a spacious balcony.
The garden area has been fully landscaped and planted and the 40m2 pool enjoys a sun terrace. There is also a BBQ and plenty of room for outdoor dining. Steps lead to the lower level of the garden and the parking area.

“Upon deciding to finally take the plunge and purchase our very own piece of paradise on the island of Kefalonia, our next problem was “who do we get to build our house?”
After consulting other villa owners, the name of ' Vinieris' was the one that came up most often.
An initial meeting with George, Adonis and Paul put our mind at rest and we immediately knew we were dealing with an experienced and professional company that would help us through each stage of the building process.

As we are based in England, it can be a daunting task to undertake such a project so far away. Any worries we may have had were soon eradicated with the amount of information and help that we were provided with on an almost daily basis via phone, fax or email.

Photographs from the build were gratefully received at every stage from the foundations to the paint finishes and they brightened up many a winters evening at home.
Villa Mirasol was completed in May 2008 and we are very happy with the finished article, as are all our guests that have stayed in the property this year.
