This very exclusive project- a new 3 bed luxury villa- started in 2006 and completed in 2007. Built in the tranquil setting of the beautiful Greek village of Kalligata, Villa Agua enjoys its own private pool and stands within in its own private gated grounds. The spacious verandas around the villa overlook the absolute blue of the Ionian Sea.

“We have always both loved Greece, and found the island of Kefalonia offered everything we could want with unique beautiful surroundings, friendly people and a rich historical and cultural heritage.

We viewed several potential sites with Adonis, the owner of Vinieris Real Estate and decided to buy two off-plan villas, one in the village of Kalligata and one in Kourkoumelata. We were invlolved in the whole process of the building, from the design stage, through to adding our own identity by choosing all of the fixtures and fittings for the villas - colour schemes, floor and bathroom tiles, kitchen units, wardrobes and shutter colours.

The Vinieris team sent regular photos of the development of the build and we feel that the essence of the successful completion was the relationship we established with Adonis and George Vinieris and all of their team. We want to expand our portfolio of properties in Kefalonia further now, and we have already bought another plot of land in the village of Lakithra where we plan to build another villa."
