This project of 2-story villa is constructed in Spartia within a land of 2850 m2 area close to the sea. The view is fantastic. At the rear of the villa, there is garden with grass and olive trees. The fencing of the property is also made by cement block walls. The time needed to complete whole project was 7 months.
