Project Case Study 3: Villa Moli
Ground Floor (80 m2)
- Open plan living area comprising:

- Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet),
fitted wardrobes and patio door which leads to tiled balcony with

fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to balcony with pool, sea
and countryside views
Note:
The area of 138 m2 does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies
etc. Moreover, there is a basement area that has interior connection
from the ground floor. This is separated in 3 areas: Garage, Playroom
including pool table and a storage area housing all pool machines
and boiler for hot water/central heating. Again, basement area is
not included in the 138 m2. The villa is constructed on a plot of
1060 m2.
From the arched shape veranda of the villa, steps lead to a lower
level where the swimming pool of 50 m2 area is constructed using a
skimmer mechanism while surrounding there is a large patio area and
a BBQ area decorated with stones. Surrounding the villa, the land
is landscaped at different levels each planted with grass, flower
borders and trees. The time needed to complete whole project was 6
months.

September 2004:
Work has begun on the foundations

October 2004:
The reinforced concrete has been poured for the lower floors, and the shuttering in is place ready to start on the upper floor.

November 2004:
The shell is complete and the brickwork is in place
|
|

December 2004:
The main building work is complete and has been rendered, ready for painting.

February 2005:
The house is complete, apart from painting, and work continues on the pool and patio.
