Project Case Study 4: The White House
This single storey building consists of:
- Kitchen (with fitted units)
- Open plan living / dining room connected with kitchen area. Three large patio doors that lead to tiled verandas covered by wooden pergola with tiles overlooking garden and sea view
- Shower room (sink, basin, shower)
- Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink, toilet) with fitted wardrobes, with patio door that leading to veranda
- A guest bedroom with fitted wardrobes with window and view of the surrounding countryside
Note:
The area of 90 m2 does not include the area of tiled verandas. A storage room is constructed behind the house, where boiler for hot water/central heating is housed. The house has air-conditioning units in every room and it is facilitated by central heating (radiator panels). The house is constructed in Klismata Village within land of 540 m2. The project was completed in 5 months. The old existing building covered an area of 52 m2. It has been renovated and a new 38 m2 area was added, making the new house 90 m2 in total.
