Ground Floor (85 m2)
- Open plan kitchen (with fitted units), living room, dining room with fireplace and patio doors leading to a large terrace with sea views
- Guest Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom
- Separate WC
- Storage space under stairs
First Floor (55 m2)
- Three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms and patio doors leading to balconies
Note:
The area of 140 m2 does not include the area of open tiled verandas and balconies, which are in addition to the main building. This project of 2-story villa is constructed in Katelios on a plot of 2.272 m2 area located close to the sea. The view is fantastic. Surrounding the villa, there is a garden with olive trees. The boundary walls of the property are also made by cement block walls. The time needed to complete whole project was 5 months.

7th June 2005:
Excavation of the foundations begins

The supporting pillars and ceiling of the lower floors are in place

3rd August 2005
The building is taking shape...

...and work commences on the patio and pool

September 2005:
The rendering is complete, ready for painting

October 2005:
Doors, windows and shutters are in place, work on the interior is almost complete, and the top floor has been painted.

Late October 2005:
The job is almost done, and the pool is nearly ready for use
