We highly recommend an inspection trip to Kefalonia,
'The Island of Dreams'. Whether it be to view specific
property / land we have for sale, or to use it merely
for gathering information, we can arrange an inspection
trip at any time of the year, and to suit your personal
requirements. Even if you have visited this wonderful
island of ours previously on vacation, it is always
advisable to have several options available to you,
in order to ensure that Kefalonia is indeed the island
of your dreams. We have very close relationships with
the airlines, local hotels, luxury villa owners, car
hire companies, and can help to arrange every aspect
of your trip from beginning to end. Should you wish,
we can meet you at the airport, and be on hand to answer
any queries/questions throughout your trip. We pride
ourselves on our customer service, and our close working
relationships with all our clients, and an initial inspection
trip, is usually the start of a long term relationship
between ourselves and you, the customer.
For those of you who with plans to live on the Island
permanently, a trip in the winter time is a truly magical
way of discovering what island life is really like outside
of the tourist season, when Kefalonia really comes to
life with all the traditional, local festivals and celebrations,
and the Islanders relax again after the Summer holiday
period. Whatever time you choose to visit Kefalonia,
with the intention of viewing property / land, we recommend
you are here for at least 2 or 3 working days or
more. This
will give yourselves plenty of time for the viewing
process, but just as importantly, will enable you to
soak up and enjoy the array of local culture and breathtaking
scenery, for which Kefalonia is so well renowned!!
Prior to traveling, we would like discuss your particular

on your arrival, based on these requirements. Once you
have found your own particular piece of 'paradise',
we would then guide you through the entire purchase
