Located close to the technical college of Argostoli this neo-classical style building was built for both residential and commercial purposes.

The building comprises four one bedroom apartments (40m2), a large one bedroom loft apartment ( 65m2) and a retail/office unit on the ground floor. The four smaller apartments and the retail unit are currently rented out.

The project commenced in January 2005 and was completed in June 2005

Modern buildings in Kefalonia have a solid reinforced concrete base which guarantees structural integrity

Shuttering and is prepared, and the reinforcing rods are in place ready to begin pouring the concrete

The shell is starting to take shape

With the shell complete, construction of the walls begins

Walls are in place, and we can see the balcony floors
