Villa Dias is located on the edge of the pretty village of Kalligata in Livathos. It benefits from a large elevated garden site complete with olive and fruit trees and enjoys breathtaking views down to the Ionian Sea. Villa Dias (140m2) has its own private infinity swimming pool and is built to the highest standard. It comprises two twin bedrooms and one double, all with luxury ensuite bathrooms and a large open plan living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Covered terraces provide shaded areas from which to enjoy the landscaped gardens and stunning view. We have designed Villa Dias to ensure that this beautiful uninterrupted view can be enjoyed from all bedrooms and the main living areas.
