Our beautiful villa was completed in July 2006. The villa has been constructed & equipped to the very highest standards, and has 2 bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. Air conditioned throughout, the apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen and large open plan living area. Villa Heliades has a private pool with a large patio, barbeque and decked areas.

"Having fallen in love with this magical island, we were looking for an existing property when Adonis showed us the plot at Kalligata.

After consulting a previous customer here in the UK at length, we comitted to the project to build Villa Heliades with some trepidation.

The whole process turned out to be astonishingly stress-free throughout; we were kept up to date with regular e-mails and photographs from beginning to end. We were able to choose the internal layouts, specify fitments & finishes & generally ensure that the place was just as we wanted.

The Vinieris team led us through the whole process without any worries or problems, including setting up all of the necessary administrative arrangements such as registration with the tax office, the attorney, notary, accountant, banking and utilities, making appointments and walking us to each. Most of this, as well as choosing bathrooms, kitchens, doors, electrics, etc. was carried out during a very pleasant one week stay early in the project.

George, Adonis and their team are genuinely very nice people who seem to care much more about doing a good job & producing a beautiful home than making money from the deal. So unlike most of our experience with estate agents in the UK !
As a result, when we took possession of Villa Heliades last summer, we already had good friends on the island.

The after-sale service, ongoing maintenance service support has been similarly excellent, so that we have had no worries or concerns while we are away from the island.
