As soon as you have found a property you like you will
need to engage the services of a lawyer. We have a number
of English speaking lawyers who we are pleased to recommend
to our clients, all of whom have extensive experience
in Greek real estate law. We have total trust in their

Mortgage Services
We work closely with a number of banks located on the
island and should you wish to obtain a mortgage to finance
your investment our mortgage adviser is happy to assist
you with this. We will explain the lending process clearly
so that you will feel comfortable with the decisions
you are making and understand everything about the process.

We co-operate with National and International insurance
companies and can help you with insuring your home,
thereby giving you peace of mind that your property

Inspection Visits
Whether you wish to visit the Island to look at property
in the summer or the winter, we can assist you in making
any necessary arrangements for the trip. We can arrange
flights, accommodation and even book a car. We are available
to discuss your requirements, show you the properties,
answer questions and guide you through the entire purchasing
process once you have found what you are looking for.
Building Your Own Home
The most important part of home ownership is selecting the right location. The
plot of land’s geographical position is to a great degree a personal choice.
Considerations to keep in mind would be whether you are buying a home to live
in, as an investment opportunity, holiday or long-term rental, and resale. We
always like to take this on board and try to show you plots of land which are
ideal for the purpose you have in mind. The second aspect would be the
construction costs in respect to the plot selected i.e. the distance from the
services, access, the lie of the plot and type of land (e.g. sedimentary rock).
In order to realise your dream home you will need someone who can understand and
share your vision someone who is willing to work within your budget, timetable
and constraints, and someone with whom you feel comfortable.
We have a team of architects who will take your vision for your home and turn it
into a blueprint for the builders to follow. Our architects will also ensure the
house is structurally sound and meets with the various building regulations.
Once you are happy with your designs we provide a building contract and draw up
the stage payment program. We can build your home in 6 - 9 months, and
throughout the process we communicate with you on a regular basis, you will
receive photographs weekly of the progress and we will assist you in selecting
all fixtures and fittings for your home.
Off Plan Projects
There are now a number of opportunities to buy a property off-plan in Kefalonia.
When it comes to investment we understand that it is crucial for the buyer to
get involved at the start of the project, which results in a home almost tailor
made to the clients preferences.

After Sales Service & Property Management
Our service does not stop once you have bought your property. We can assist you
with setting up direct debits for payment of your bills, maintenance and
management of your property, we can introduce you to an accountant to complete
your annual tax returns, and we are always available to answer any queries or
questions which you may have.
Our property management service provides a comprehensive service for our clients
with a home in Kefalonia, whether you use it as a holiday home for your own use,
or as a holiday rental. We can provide a full cleaning and maintenance service,
pool cleaning, garden maintenance, laundry, a welcome pack for guests and offer
a 24 hour emergency assistance telephone number.
