Set within the peaceful and authentic atmosphere of Makriotika, surrounded by Kefalonia’s dramatic mountain landscape and enjoying open views towards the harbour of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea, this charming residence offers a distinctive expression of relaxed island living.
The property extends to approximately 60 sq.m. and is set on a plot of around 200 sq.m., arranged over two levels. It offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bedroom located on the ground floor and the second on the upper level, creating a practical layout with a pleasant sense of privacy.
